# Ad Policy

> Criteria applied during campaign and creative review, plus prohibited and restricted content.

## Review criteria

Campaigns and creatives are reviewed from the following perspectives.

    Ad copy and imagery must match the actual product or service.

    Must comply with applicable laws and advertising regulations.
  </Card>

    Content inappropriate for minors or general users cannot be served.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Brand safety" icon="shield">
    Content that could negatively affect the publisher's brand image is restricted.

## Prohibited content

The following content cannot be advertised under any circumstances.

* Illegal products or services
* Fraud or deceptive content
* Violent or hateful content
* Adult content (specific criteria vary by publisher policy)
* Content that infringes intellectual property rights
* Content that improperly collects or uses personal data

## Restricted content

The following content requires publisher approval/certification or additional documentation.

* Medical, pharmaceutical, and health functional foods
* Financial products, investments, and virtual assets
* Alcohol and tobacco
* Gambling and games
* Politics and religion

  Coordinate with the publisher and secure the relevant qualifications for restricted content before booking. Booking without preparation and being rejected can delay re-booking.

## Handling rejections

* Rejection reasons are delivered via email and notifications.
* Review the reason, edit the creative or campaign content, and **re-register**.
* Rejected items themselves cannot be resubmitted for review.
* If you disagree with the policy interpretation, contact the publisher through their support channel.
