Register creatives

When to register

Register creatives at least 72 hours before the campaign start date. If they are not registered in time, ads may not be served even after the campaign starts.

How to register

Open the creatives tab

Click the Creatives tab on the campaign detail page.

Add creative

Click Add Creative and upload an image or video file. You can also reuse creatives from the creative library.

Configure details

Enter destination URL, CTA button, ad text, advertiser info, and other fields.

Request review

Save, then request review.

Image creative guide

Required image sizes differ by product. Check the specific guide for the product on the registration screen.

Video creative guide

Thumbnail (video)

Video creatives require a separate thumbnail image, uploaded directly. The thumbnail is shown before the video plays.

Creative details

Destination URL

The address the user is taken to when clicking the ad.
The fields below (CTA button, Advertiser info, Ad text) apply only to native ad creatives.

CTA button

Configure a button that prompts user action.
  • Label — such as “Go now”, “Install”, “Learn more”
  • Color — choose a color that matches your brand

Advanced creative settings

Display period

Set a display period per creative.

Display time

Fine-tune days and times when the creative is served.
Display-time settings must be enabled by the publisher. If the option is not visible on the creative settings screen, contact the publisher.

Creative preview

Once configured, you can preview how the creative will appear to end users.

Creative review

Every registered creative must pass publisher review before going live.

Review time

  • Up to 48 hours (business days).
  • Peak seasons can take longer — register with lead time.

Creative states

Re-registering rejected creatives

  • Rejection reasons are delivered via email and notifications.
  • Fix the issue and re-register as a new creative.
  • You cannot edit a rejected creative and resubmit it for review.

Managing creatives

Edit

  • You can edit text, destination URL, CTA button, and similar fields.
  • The image/video file itself cannot be changed. If you need to replace it, register a new creative.

Delete

  • You can delete creatives you no longer need.
  • Deleted creatives cannot be recovered.

Required creatives

Some ad products define required creative counts.
  • If required creatives are not fully registered, ads may not be served even after the campaign starts.
  • Check the required-creative status on the campaign detail page.
  • Notifications are sent when required creatives are missing.
