Campaign Operations

How to manage booked campaigns — list/detail view, duplicate, and pause/restart/cancel.

Campaign list

The Campaigns menu shows all your campaigns at a glance.

View modes

Mode	Description
List view	Displays campaigns in a table. Useful for quickly comparing multiple campaigns
Timeline view	Visualizes campaign schedules in a calendar. Useful for spotting overlaps

Filters and search

• Status filter — All / Draft / Submitted / Rejected / Booked / Live / Paused / Cancelled / Closed
• Search — search by campaign name

Per-campaign summary

Each campaign row/card shows:

• Campaign name, ad product name
• Status (color badge)
• Period (start ~ end)
• Budget and spend (progress bar)
• Required creative registration status

Campaign detail

Click a campaign in the list to open the detail page.

Basic info

Item	Description
Ad product	Selected product name and billing type (CPM/CPC/CPP)
Period	Campaign start and end dates
Budget	Total budget set and current spend
Status	Current campaign status

Performance summary

Summarizes real-time performance metrics for the campaign.

Contract info

Targeting

You can review the targeting conditions selected during booking.

Creative list

Shows all registered creatives and each one’s status (Under Review / Approved / Rejected / Paused).

View terms

You can review the terms you agreed to at booking at any time.

Duplicate a campaign

Quickly create a new campaign from an existing one’s settings. Creatives are duplicated too.

1. Trigger duplicate

   Click the Duplicate Campaign button on the campaign list or detail page.

2. Review and edit

   The original settings (product, schedule, budget, targeting, creatives) are copied as-is. Edit as needed.

3. Request review

   Agree to the terms and request review.

Notes

• Unavailable targeting/creatives auto-excluded — targeting or creatives that were used in the original but are no longer available are automatically excluded.
• When duplication is not possible — the original campaign’s product has been deleted or its configuration has changed such that booking is no longer available. Please contact the publisher.

Pause · restart · cancel

Pause

You can temporarily stop a running campaign directly from the console.

• Effect — ad delivery stops immediately and performance tracking is suspended.
• Refund — for CPM/CPC products, partial refund of the unspent amount is possible depending on the publisher’s refund policy.

Restart

You can restart a paused campaign.

• Ad delivery resumes immediately.
• No re-review is required.
• Campaigns past their end date cannot be restarted.

Cancel

Cancelling a campaign is not available directly in the ad account. Follow the guidance in the cancellation dialog to contact us by email.

• Cannot restart — a cancelled campaign cannot be resumed.
• Refund — for card payments, the unspent amount is refunded automatically after cancellation is processed.

Cancellation is irreversible. If you need a new campaign, book a new one via Campaign Booking.
